Obituary of Andrew MacLeod
Peacefully on July 28, 2018 surrounded by his family, after a bravely fought battle with brain cancer. Beloved husband of Marian (nee Jeffrey). Loving father of Gillian, Annie (Ian), and Heather (Dwayne). Dear Poppa of Oscar, Norah, Claire and Mabel. Sadly missed by his sister Mary, his niece Olivia, and by all the members of the Jeffrey family. He will be lovingly remembered by his extended family and many friends. Andrew had a strong impact on his communities through his involvement with the Rotary Club of North York and Probus Club of Huntsville Lakes. His dedication and determination were evident in his running of 100 marathons. Andrew was committed to his family, loved by friends, and always brought a smile to the faces of those around him. A celebration of his life will be held at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at 1:30pm. If desired donations to Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.

  1. We were sod to hear of “Max’s” death! Remember well! Such a friendly, nice guy! Had many laughs up at the cottage with Marian and kids! (back yrs. ago) Blessings to you Marian and your family.

  2. I’m sorry to learn of Andrew’s death. I’ve never met him, or corresponded with him.
My interest is in genealogy, and I’m wondering if any family member is interested in continuing Andrew;s DNA exploration.
