BROWN, Andrew Connor: As the result of a commercial diving accident in Prince Rupert, British Columbia on October 16th, 2018 in his 26th year. Connor, cherished and devoted son of Ted and Jane Brown (nee Guy) and Grandson of Esther Guy.
Loving brother of Adam (Sara) and Addison (Lyndsey) and uncle of Barrett. Lovingly remembered by many cousins, aunts, uncles, his girlfriend Kris and a wide circle of friends who will miss his sense of humour and his spirit of adventure. Connor was a graduate of Holland College’s commercial diving program in Charlottetown PEI, as well as being a certified welder. He loved life and loved diving. Connor was a free spirit who was happiest when surrounded by his family and friends. He was open-hearted and loyal and touched the lives of many. His memory will live on in those closest to him. He will never be forgotten. Relatives and friends are invited to a Celebration of Connor’s Life at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Road, Peterborough on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 10:30 am. His cousin Kate Brown will officiate. A Reception will follow at Dr. J’s BBQ and Brews in Peterborough. In memory of Connor, and in lieu of flowers, donations to ORCA (Oceans Research and Conservation Association Canada) or charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. We were honoured to have Connor run with our Cross Country Running team and attend our college. He was well-liked by all and his indominable spirit bolstered everyone around him. Indeed a tragic loss, our thoughts and prayers are with you in this extremely difficult time. We will be recognizing Connor as we host the Cross Country Running Championships this weekend.
