Obituary of Allan McGuire
McGUIRE, Allan – passed away at the Ottawa Civic Hospital, surrounded by family and friends, on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at the age of 71 years.
Allan McGuire of Pembroke, beloved husband of Claire McGuire (nee Labine). Dear father of Keith McGuire (Amanda); and grandfather of Sandi. Predeceased by parents Eldon & Phyllis McGuire (nee Layman); son Sandford; and brothers-in-law Peter, Vern & Norman. Allan will be sadly missed by his friends and extended family.
Allan, you will always leave a hole in our hearts. Go in peace and love, I will not mourn you, but forever have love and peace. Gone, but not forgotten.
Respecting Allan’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private interment service will be held at Micksburg United Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke. (As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.)
