Peacefully with her family by her side, at the Prince County
Hospital Summerside on Thursday June 28, 2018 of Alice Harriet
Gamester of Breadalbane aged 90 years. Born in Boston, Mass.
on March 20, 1928 daughter of the late Ralph and Amanda (Chappell)
Parker. Wife of John (Johnny) Gamester. Mother of
Betty-deceased, (Robert) MacLennan, Susie (Les) Foldi, Alan
(Audrey) Gamester, Mary (Darrell) Malone, Barb (Rocco) Clark, Darlene
(Ted) Foldi, Derrill (Esther) Gamester, Wayne (Pam) Gamester, Dianne
(Kent) Wyand and like a special daughter, Madeline (Fred) Wigmore.
Grandmother of 20 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and numerous
nieces and nephews. Sister of June MacKinnon, Shirley (Donnie) Graham,
Mary Gamester and Vera (Earl) McBride.
Predeceased by sister Muriel Saunders, brother Lorne
Chappell, grandson Kevin MacLennan, brothers-in-law Murdock MacKinnon,
Frank Saunders and Byron Gamester.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation
on Saturday from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Sunday in the Davison
Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. Interment in the Breadalbane
People’s Cemetery. If so desired contributions may be made
to the Breadalbane People’s Cemetery.
