1954-2018
Alayne Marie Cunningham – 63, of
Kentville, formerly of St. Albert, Alberta, passed away Saturday,
February 17, 2018 in the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in
Kentville, she was a daughter of the late Allen and Eileen (Reynolds)
Foley. Alayne enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren,
beachcombing for sea glass, gardening and travelling. She is survived
by her husband of 40 years, Randy; two daughters, Amy (Aaron)
McAuliffe, Morinville, Alberta; Beth Cunningham (Mike Sheskey),
Sherwood Park, Alberta; two sons, Stephen Cunningham (Aynsley Nisbet),
Edmonton, Alberta; Richard Cunningham, St. Albert, Alberta; two
sisters, Madeline Foley, Wetaskinwin, Alberta; Maureen Foley, Melvern
Square; three brothers, Jeffery (Carol) Foley, Camrose, Alberta;
Michael (Linda) Foley, Oxford; Gerald Foley (Karen), Calgary, Alberta;
five grandchildren, Chloe and Arya McAuliffe, Zachary and Carter
Sheskey and Dahlia Cunningham; many nieces and nephews. She was
predeceased by a brother, Peter Foley. Cremation has taken place.
There will be no visitation, by request. A celebration of
Alayne’s life will be held from 2-4 p.m. Friday, February
23, 2018 in the White Family Funeral Home, Kentville. A celebration of
Alayne’s life will also be held in St. Albert, Alberta at a
later date. Donations in memory may be made to the Valley Hospice
Foundation. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White
Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services,
Kentville.
