Obituary of Ada McNulty
Ada Bruna McNulty (nee Ferri) February 7, 1918 – January 8, 2018
Ada died peacefully at Bethel Hospice in Inglewood. Beloved wife of the late Harold William (Mickey) McNulty, and loving mother of Lee (Alan), Maria (Antonio), and Nadine (Jamie). Dear sister of Rosa Palmer and sister-in-law of Bodil Berg. Predeceased by her parents Nazzareno Ferri and Clelia (nee Nicolini); brothers Mario, Aldo, Quinto and Nicola, and sisters Mary, Lucia, sisters-in-law Barbara, Alice, and Marie. Ada is lovingly remembered by grandchildren Kent and Nadia Maria (Marcus). The many happy days that mother spent with her family, nieces, nephews and friends will always be recalled with great affection and many smiles. All who came into contact with her came to know her loving, generous and caring nature, and her enthusiasm for life. Her family gives a heartfelt thank you to nephew Raymond Ferri who was always there, niece Constance Ferri who provided loving care to our mother at home, April Ferri for her special family visits, and to Jason Wyman for his watchful, caring eye. Special thanks to Daman and Raj who also provided care to mother at home, and to her minister Paul Ivany for his supportive home visits. Immense gratitude to the Kidney Clinic and Palliative Care Unit at William Osler Hospital, and Bethel Hospice for the love and compassion given to our mother and family. Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., north of Maple Ave., Georgetown 905-877-3631 on Friday January 12th from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday January 13th at 11:00 a.m. Cremation.
