Dave passed away surrounded by family at the Ottawa Civic Hospital on Sunday December 30, 2018, aged 67 years. Beloved husband of Janis McPhee (née Carter). Loving father of David (Emma), Kris (Kerri) and Tyler (Katie). Cherished Papa of Shaina, Leah and Meredith. Dave will be sadly missed by Annie Smith and the Paajanen Family. Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Gathering at the Kemptville Chapel Reception Centre of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 805 Prescott Street, Kemptville on Saturday, January 5, 2019 from 10 am to 2 pm. In his memory, donations may be made to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute.
