Obituary for Arlene Rhae Zwicker
Zwicker, Arlene Rhae- 69,of Melbourne, Yarmouth Co. Nova Scotia, passed away at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital on December 28, 2018, surrounded by her family. Born in Yarmouth on December 31, 1948 she was a daughter to the late Dexter and Florence (Bullerwell) Royal. Arlene was a loving mother and grandmother. She was known as “nanny” and took pride in helping people out. She was a 25+ year member of the Yarmouth County Ground Search and Rescue Team. She was proud to have spent many years working at Arcadia School as a playground supervisor and cafeteria helper. She is survived by her Husband Curtis Sr. ,Melbourne; Sons, Curtis Jr.(Jennifer), Yarmouth; Mitchell (Rachael), Yarmouth; Wayne (Natalie), Pleasant Lake; Sister, Sharon (Lloyd) Allen, North Kemptville; Brother, Fraser Royal (Bonnie), Yarmouth; and 10 grandchildren. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her Sister, Ardis Morton. There will be no visitation by family request. Donations can be made to the Yarmouth County Ground Search and Rescue Team. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. As per Arlene’s Request there will be no Funeral Service at this time.
