Anne Harwood passed away peacefully at Carleton Lodge on Monday, December 24, 2018, at the age of 81, after a battle with Lewy Body Dementia.
Anne was born on June 18, 1937 in Blackburn, England and was the daughter of the late Francis and Mary Edith (Barlow) Mullineaux.

Anne is predeceased by her loving husband John Harwood, who passed away just a few weeks ago on December 2, 2018.
Anne is the loving mother of Glen (Leila) and Sheila (Clay), and proud grandmother of Tristan, Stephney, Owen and Lauren by whom she was affectionately referred to as “Gran”.

Anne was an avid golfer and tennis player. She loved spending winters in Florida and summers at the cottage.
Thank you to all of the staff at Carleton Lodge who took great care of Anne. A special thank you to Mary Ellen, Vicki and Darcy who were so attentive and caring to Anne and who brightened up many of her days. You are all truly very special.
A joint celebration of life for John and Anne will be held in May 2019 (details to be confirmed). In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be appreciated.
