Obituary for Margaret Louise Spalding (Macklem)
Margaret passed away December 23, 2018 at Muskoka Shores Nursing Home in Gravenhurst at age 70. Will be sadly missed by her husband of 45 years, Russ Spalding. Sister to Dorothy Phillips (the late Glen), brothers: the late Bill Macklem, and Rick Macklem. Sister-in-law to Judith and Anthony Silvello. At Margaret’s request, cremation has taken place. A commemoration will be held at a later date. Russ would like to thank the kind staff at Muskoka Shores for their cheerful caregiving and tenderness. A heartfelt thanks to those who visited Margaret at home and in the nursing home. An extra special acknowledgement to Beth Middleton and Pamela McKenzie who gave caregiving during the three years that Margaret was at home.
