Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at the age of 78. Beloved husband of Dorothy. Loving father of Rob, Laura and Doug. Dear brother of Harry and Gloria Cooper. For those wishing, in lieu of flowers, please consider making to the Queensway Carleton Hospital.
