OBITUARY
William Randall Brown
August 28, 1947 – December 10, 2018
We the family of William R. Brown “Buck” regret to announce his sudden passing at home on December 10, 2018 in Cranberry. Born in Sydney Mines on August 28, 1947. He was the eldest son of the late William and Mary Ellen (Pardy) Brown.
Buck was a very avid, hard working fisherman for over the past 40 years. He enjoyed life to the fullest. With his humble spirit and kind heart he was always there to lend a helping hand to those in need.
William is survived by his three daughters Chi (Jimmy) MacIntyre, Cher (Darryl) Aylward and Jillian (Marc) Picaro as well as mother of his girls Colleen Brown.
His precious grandchildren Brydon, Tristan, Brady, Nadia, Alexander, Charlotte and one great grandson Jacob (whom he adored), will forever miss their poppy Buck.
Also left to mourn are his sister Frances (Jose) Dorado, his brothers Ralph and Brian (Melanie), longtime friend and companion Phyllis Collins.
His love of water and boats brought him to the wharf each day where he would gather with friends for a coffee and some great laughs. He will be forever missed by long time friends Neil and Rita MacMullin.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice.
