Donald Everitt Bate (Bate)
BATE, DONALD EVERITT – Passed away peacefully at Margaret Bahen Hospice on Sunday, December 9, 2018 in his 83rd year. Loving husband of the late Ann Theresa Bate (nee Peacock). Beloved father of Jim Bate. Proud grandfather of Tyler and Christopher Bate. Brother of Ernie and the late Margaret. Son of the late Thomas and Alice Bate.
Donald worked for the Town of Newmarket for 21 years. He will be missed by his family and many friends and close friend, June. The family would like to thank the staff at Margaret Bahen Hospice and Dr. Bagio for all their excellent care.
Friends may call at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home for visitation on Sunday, December 16, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will take place on Monday, December 17, 2018 at 11 am at the Trinity United Church, 461 Park Ave., Newmarket. Interment at Newmarket Cemetery following the service. Please join the family for a reception at the Newmarket Community Centre, 20 Doug Duncan Drive, Newmarket following the interment.
