Passed away peacefully, with her children by her side at Creekway Village on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late John Nicholls (April 15, 1999). Loving mother of Janet Watson (Gary) and Jim Nicholls (Debbie). Cherished grandmother of Terri, Sandra, Ashley and Shane (Marisa). Treasured great grandmother of Breeana, Tyus and Paige. Isabel is predeceased by her brothers Gilbert and Robert Broad, survived by step brothers David and Billy Broad of Detroit. In keeping with Isabel’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street (one block North of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Saturday, December 8 from 12 noon until the time of a Celebration of Life in the funeral home chapel at 1p.m. Reception to follow. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Isabel are asked to please consider the Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation or a charity of choice.
