1923-2018
The death of Harry Cecil Smith of Bath occurred on Monday, November
26, 2018 at the Veteran’s Health Unit, Fredericton, NB. Born December
25, 1923 in Wicklow, NB he was the son of the late Archibald and
Bernice (Drost) Smith. He was also predeceased by his wife, Jennie; 2
brothers, Oliver and Kenneth and 1 sister, Lillian.
Harry is survived by his daughter, Marcia Clowater (Charles); 2
grandchildren, Jessica Davenport (Jordan) and Christopher Clowater; 1
great grandson, Liam; 2 sisters, Doris Smith and Jean McCarthy as well
as nieces, nephews and extended family.
Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207
Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Thursday, November 29, 2018 from
7-9 pm. The Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 37 will hold a tribute
service at 6:45 pm Thursday evening . A graveside service will be held
on Friday November 30, 2018 at 1:00 pm in the Wicklow Cemetery.
Donations made to the Royal Canadian Legion or the NB Heart and Stroke
