Catherine Lynn “Cathie” Rich (Rogers)
RICH, Catherine “Cathie” Lynn – Passed away peacefully, at LHSC, Victoria Campus, on Saturday November 24th 2018, after a courageous battle with cancer. Catherine “Cathie” L Rich (nee Rogers) of Dorchester in her 59th year. Beloved wife and soul mate of 38 years to Brent J. Rich. Treasured mother of Julie (Jason) Wedlake, Kristi (Johnny) Hewerdine, Whitney (Tom) Rose and Nathan (Angela) Rich. Cherished grandmother of Derek, Emily and River; Genevieve and Bianca; Liam and Nikko. Loved daughter of Doreen Rogers and the late John Rogers, and daughter-in-law of Geraldine Rich and the late Gary Rich. Dear brother of John (Helen Spooner) Rogers, and sister-in-law of Wendy (Greg) Robinson, Heather Rich, Chad (Anita) Rich. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Cathie’s family was her passion, especially when grandchildren arrived, and she was proud of all their accomplishments. Friends may be received at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Wednesday November 28th 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. The Funeral Liturgy will be held in the chapel on Thursday November 29th 2018 at 11:00 am with Deacon Bernie McCartney as celebrant. Interment at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.
