1932-2018
Beresford – Marie-Anne Christie wife
of the late Adolphe Christie, of Beresford, passed away peacefully at
the age of 81, on Wednesday November 7, 2018 at the Chaleur Regional
Hospital, Bathurst.
Born in Robertville, she was the
daughter of the late Hector and Loïda (Haché)
Arseneau.
She is survived by her
three children: Ronald (Sylvie) and Sylvain (Maryse Ferron)
both of Beresford and Daniel (Laurie Boucher) of
Bathurst.
Four grandchildren whom she loved and
was very proud of: Annie, Patric, Eric and
Alex.
Four sisters: Louisa Doucet of
Bathurst, Ida Bertin of Beresford, Yvette Arseneau (Rhéaume
Deveau ) of
Îles de la Madeleine and Noëlla Bégin
(Henri) of Laval. Several nieces and nephews.
Besides her husband, she was
pre-deceased by four brothers: Norbert, Armand, Raymond,
Lévis and two sisters: Marie-Claire and
Hectorine.
There will be no visitation at the
Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday
November 10, 2018 at 10 a.m. from Église
Saint-Nom-de-Jésus, Beresford.
Donations in memory of Marie-Anne may
be made to the Canadian Cancer Society of a charity of the donors
choice.
