Obituary of Beverly Gammon
Beverly Susanne Gammon – 85, of Scotsburn passed away peacefully October 19, 2018 in the Maritime Oddfellows Home, Pictou. Beverly was a daughter of the late George and Anne Chaulk of Westville. Beverly loved to travel, entertain and spend time with her grandchildren. She will be remembered for her kindness, dry humour, wonderful cooking, baking and her warm hospitality. She is survived by her sons, Brian (Brigitte) Gammon, Victoria, BC; Derek (Jayne) Gammon, Scotsburn; grandchildren, Jade (Tim) Murray, Morinville, AB; Dr. Dara Gammon (Bodgan Volkinvinski), Kingsville, PA; Jonathan Gammon, Owen Sound, ON; Taylor Gammon, Montreal, QC; Ariana and Gabrielle Gammon, Scotsburn; great-grandchildren, Mason, Grayson, Benjamin and Michelle; also siblings, George and Allan Chaulk, and Deborah Baljeu, all of Sarnia, ON; nieces, nephews and dear friend, Phyllis Matheson, Scotsburn and Toronto. Beverly was predeceased by her parents; loving husband of 49 years, John; sister, Noreen Roy and “sister”, Vesta Hislop. Visitation will be held 2-4 PM Monday in McLaren Funeral Home, Pictou with Funeral to follow at 4 PM. Thank you to the staff at the Maritime Oddfellows Home for the comfort and care they provided. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bethel Presbyterian Church, Scotsburn. www.mclarenfuneral.ca
