Mary “Bella” Shigwadja
Kiwade Noquah “Northern Woman”
“Eagle Clan”
her colour was RED
December 8, 1946-October 12th, 2018
A resident of Wikwemikong.
Died peacefully at home on Friday,
at the age of 71.
Bella was an awesomely wonderful mother, grandmother, great grandmother, godmother, sister and friend to all. She loved to quilt and visit with family and friends so she could make them laugh and smile. Bella spent the majority of her time with her family enjoying any activity they were doing. You would often see her with a smile on her face and be in an upbeat mood, towards all she would meet. Bella’s greatest treasure was the love she had for her family and many friends to whom she would adopt into her family with open arms. Anyone who knew Bella knew what a true angel she was. She was like one giant compassionate rock.
