Dolly Richardson (Monck)
Dolly (Monck) Richardson passed away peacefully at Wyndham Manor in Oakville on Friday, October 5, 2018 at the age of 92 years. Beloved wife of the late Blake Richardson (of Brockville). Dear mother of Janice Dobbin (David) of Waterloo and Dale Richardson (Vivian) of Oakville. Will be missed by her grandchildren, Emily Parliament (Rob), Jennie Kugler (Andrew), Christopher Richardson (Lorrie), and Timothy Richardson as well as by her great-grandchildren, Sienna, Blake, Megan, and Adam. She was predeceased by her parents, Janet (Hall) and Wallace Monck, one sister, and three brothers.
Dolly was a Legal Secretary in Brockville for many years. She also obtained her Fibre Arts degree and enjoyed rughooking with the Brockville Thousand Islanders. She was a great cook and loved entertaining and gardening. She will be dearly missed.
The family wishes to thank the staff and friends at Wyndham Manor for their compassionate care of Dolly. A private family service will be held at the Irvine Memorial Chapel at Roselawn, Maitland. Condolences may be sent online at www.irvinememorial.com.
