1926-2018
Valdeo Byram of Grand River passed away October 9, 2018 at
Foyer Notre-Dame of Saint-Leonard. She was 92.
Born in Grand River, she was a daughter of the late Leverett and
Lillian Byram. She spent her life working on the family
farm.
She is survived by four brothers, Walter, Lewis (Marlene) and
Ray (Diane) of Grand River and Alfred (Monique) of Grand
Bay-Westfield, seven sisters, Eva Diamond (late Beecher) of Sus,
Inez Rees (Norman) of Trenton, Ontario, Mavis Kleebaum (Willy) of
Quaker Brook, Gloria Gray (Bob) of Halifax, Annie of Grand River,
Violet of Carlingford and Joyce Doherty (Bud) of Quaker Brook, as well
as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by
brothers Ross and Harvey and a sister Shirley.
As per Valdeo’s wishes, there will not be any visitation or
funeral service.
Interment in Grand River Cemetery will be private with her
immediate family in attendance.
Arrangements are by O’Regan’s Funeral Home
Ltd.
The Byram family wish to thank the staff of
Foyer Notre-Dame for the excellent care they provided Valdeo while she
was a resident.
A special thanks to Michael for his exceptional
kindness to Valdeo.
