Maurice Joseph Edouard DESAUTELS
29 April , 1946 – 2 October , 2018
Maurice Desautels, 72, of Winnipeg, MB, succumbed to cancer surrounded by his family on October 2, 2018
Maurice is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Ilse; along with four children; Richard (Crystal) of Kamloops, B.C., Michael (Barb) of Edmonton, AB, Keith (Connie) and Brian (Meagan) of Winnipeg, MB & eight grandchildren, Lindsay, Alex, Brianne, Alexandra, Ethan, Owen, Matthew & Mia. Sisters Leona (Ed), Louise (Bob) and many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Maurice was a loving father, husband, grandfather, and friend to everyone.
He loved sports, especially watching his grand children’s hockey games.
He was always there to help relatives and friends whenever needed.
A special thank you to Concordia Hospital Staff for their loving care and support.
As to his wishes, cremation has taken place and no funeral.
