Nancy Schriver 19562018

Nancy M. Schriver
1956-2018
The death of Nancy Mildred Schriver of Greenfield occurred on
Saturday, September 1, 2018 at the Upper River Valley Hospital,
Waterville. Born June 6, 1956 in Perth, New Brunswick she was the
daughter of the late Donald and Laura (Brymer) Schriver.
Nancy deeply loved her family, always showing compassion and lending a
helping hand whenever needed. She loved to have “FUN” and
was known for her quick sense of humor that she inherited from her
father, Don. Nancy was the “realist” in her family and she
simply “told it how she saw it”. She will be missed by all
who knew her.
Nancy is survived by her son, Andrew Schriver (Tasha); 5 siblings,
Donald Schriver Jr. (Jeannie), Joanne Forret (Dennis), Douglas
Schriver (Beverlee), Tony Schriver (Jackie) and Kelly Pryor; 2 aunts,
Dora Elkins and Catherine Godreau (Alban) as well as several nieces,
nephews and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at
3:00 pm in the Greenfield Cemetery. Pastor Dan Smith will officiate. A
reception will follow at the Florenceville Legion. Donations made to
the Upper River Valley Cancer Support Group would be appreciated. L.R.
Giberson Funeral Directors are entrusted with the arrangements.
The family would like to thank Dr. Anan, Susan McCully and the
Oncology Department at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, Dr. Naz, Dr.
Mason and the Oncology Department at the Saint John Regional Hopsital
and also Dr. Clay Marco and staff at the Upper River Valley
Hospital.
