TURTON, Sheila Patricia
After a brief but aggressive illness with cancer, Sheila died peacefully surrounded by the love of family, on Tueday, August 28, 2018 in her 48th year at Health Sciences North, Sudbury. Sheila was the beloved partner of Nolan Clelland of Port Loring. She was predeceased by her mother Diane (Richer) and was the dear sister of Paulette, Tracey, John, Richard and Gerald. Sheila was a fantastic aunt to Amanda, Amber, Christina, Daniel, Dlan, Blze, Chase, Ashley, Matheiu, Jeremey and Andy. Originally from Windsor, Sheila became a familiar face as a waitress, and more recently with Nolan, as Co-Owner of Roxie’s Diner in Port Loring. She was the inventor of the house special of the “Maple Bacon Burger” made with local maple syrup. Family and visitors are welcome to gather at the Arnstein Baptist Church on Saturday, September 1, 2018 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and to stay for her funeral service at 1 pm in the church. Cremation to follow. If you wish to make a donation in Sheila’s memory consider contributing to an animal rescue organization such as the All Heart Pet Rescue in Powassan.
