Born on June 26, 1923 in Kitscoty Alberta, it is with great sadness that the family of Jack Macmillan Hozack announces his peaceful passing, on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at the age of 95 years.
Jack will be lovingly remembered by his partner, Joan Stade, his children, Eugene (Jackie) Bounds, Sandy Willis (Robert), brothers Jim and Gord.
Jack was predeceased by his wife of nearly 50 years Helen, son David Bounds, sisters Pat Bibaud and Betty Gurney and granddaughter Shelley Bounds.
He will also be fondly remembered by his seven grandchildren, Kevin, Robert, Shannon, Stephen, Darren, Richard and Erin; 8 Great grandchildren; 24 nieces & nephews as well as extended family members.
A Memorial Service in memory of Jack will be held on Friday, August 31, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at the Connelly-McKinley Funeral Home, 10011 – 114 Street, Edmonton.
In lieu of flowers, those who so desire can make memorial donations in memory of Jack to the charity of their choice.
