In Memory of David
POPOVICH, David – Passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family on August 22, 2018 at the St. Catharines Hospital at the age of 64. Beloved husband to Kim. Loving and cherished father to Carina (Phil) Johnston, Jason (Stephanie) and Melina (Jamie). Devoted Pa to Matthew and Blake Johnston, Jaylin Popovich and Victoria Ward. David will also be lovingly remembered by his mother, Genevieve Babyak, siblings Sabrina (Ed) Baldassi and Michael Popovich. Forever in the hearts of his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by his father Tom Popovich. Respecting David’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of his life will be announced at a later date. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Welland and District Humane Society through Pleasantview Funeral Home (905-892-1699), who are entrusted with the arrangements.
