Grace Stewart
Peacefully at the Heartwood Nursing Home in Cornwall on Monday, August 6, 2018, Grace Stewart (nee Garlough), formerly of Dundela, age 91. Beloved wife of the late Ernie Stewart. Loving mother of Rae (Sheila) of St. Catharines, Graham of Stittsville, Carl of Williamsburg, Joyce McCormick (Terry) of St. Catharines and Larry of Williamsburg. Grace will be fondly remembered by 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Sheila Scarbo of Morrisburg, Ginger Angel (Ray) of Tara and Mahlon Garlough of Finch. Predeceased by her son Dale, her sisters Beatrice Head, Clara Tousaw, Marie Ostrander, Emma Hollister, Patsy Garlough, Flossie Garlough, and her brothers Dalton, Raymond, Lee, Gerald, Jay, Donald M., Lonnie and Rodney Garlough. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements
Friends may call at the Marsden & McLaughlin Funeral Home in Williamsburg on Tuesday, August 14th from 10 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or the charity of your choice would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
