Passed away at his residence in Curling, James Cashin in his 58th year. Leaving to mourn his passing his mother Marina; sisters: Linda (Thor), Steady Brook, Donna (Bruce), Corner Brook, Betty (Bruce), Corner Brook, Debbie (Howard), Pasadena and Teresa, Corner Brook; brothers: Al (Connie), Joseph (Kit) and Tony all of Ontario; sister-in-law Dianne, Ontario. Jim had many nieces and nephews whom he dearly loved. He was predeceased by his father John Cashin in 2015, sister Mary in 1966, grandparents Richard and Catherine Cashin and Walter and Mary MacIsaac, cousins, relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street on Thursday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral mass will be held on Friday, July 13, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. from Sacred Heart Church, Curling Street with Father Jim Robertson officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sacred Heart Church in Curling.
