WISEMAN, Verna Dorothy
Age 74, of Halifax passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 in the Halifax Infirmary, QEII after a long battle with cancer. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Mary “Dot” Jollimore. Verna enjoyed a life-long career in finance with the Bank of Nova Scotia and CIBC. She was a loving, caring person who lived for her granddaughter, she was completely devoted to raising and encouraging her to be successful. Verna is survived by her daughter, Kathleen Wiseman; son, Thomas Wiseman; grandchildren, Gillian Ezekiel (Aaron), David Crowley (Micaela), Josh and Cheyenne Whittle; great-grandchildren, Aiden and Ava Ezekiel. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Thomas Joseph Wiseman whom she missed every day. A special thank you to the nurses from Closing the Gap Continuing Care, and her dear friend Joy James for their exceptional support and compassion. In accordance with Verna’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. A private interment will be held at a later date in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.   1. Dear mom we never seen eye to eye i no i was a let down to u. But put our differences aside and i did love u. U where my mother for giveing me life i thank you. R.I.P mom u will b missed.

      Its Dec 12. U have been gone for 8 months in the 8 months ive learned more about u then i new. 1 being a butter box baby i didnt no that if i did i would have understood your anger mom i could have helped u. I no u where afraid to love me and i understand but u should have realized i was only fighting for your love but i no now why u couldnt love. U didnt love yourself. My love for u will never die and i forgive u for all u did to me. But i also understand what dad was trying to save me from. I no u told everyone that im this mean tuff biker man. But i want u to no your son is one of the most loveing men u could meet. I was never a failure.

  2. In my moms obituary my sister put my son and daughter Joushua and cheyenne Whittle my daughter is cheyenne Whittle my son is Joshua Cluette sad but thats how much i was known.
