We are very heartbroken to advise that Bud Joyner has lost his battle with cancer on September 17, 2017. He was 68 years old. He leaves behind to mourn, his wife Brenda; sons: Micah and Caleb; sister Colleen (Tom); brother Les (Rose). Bud’s passion was people, his transit passengers and especially his passengers on the school bus. It wasn’t a job to him, it was a ministry. Always smiling and willing to help or just to talk, he was loved by many. He touched many people’s lives and every one of his friends and family will notice the gap he left behind by his passing. He will be missed but always remembered in the absolute highest regard and we will forever hold a special place in our hearts for him. One of his last statements was, “I just want to hug Jesus.”
A Celebration of Life will be held next spring and the family will advise of the date.
