Colin Carter Somers 1976 – 2018
In the twinkle of an eye Colin Carter Somers went to be with his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on April 8th, 2018 at the age of 41. Born in Newcastle, NB on June 27, 1976, Colin is the son of Dennis Hall and Marjorie Ruth (Creighton) Somers of Whitney, NB.
Besides his parents Dennis and Ruth, Colin is survived by his sister, Krystal Jade Somers of Grand Falls, NB; two nephews: Taiten James and Jonas Jaxon Crain; eight uncles and seven aunts, as well as numerous cousins.
Colin is predeceased by his grandparents: Dennis (Dintz) Milton and Blanche Leona (Carter) Somers also Carey David and Jean Eloise (Dunnet) Creighton; one aunt: Jade Creighton.
By request there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held from The Little Southwest Baptist Church, Sillikers, NB on Thursday April 12th, 2018 at 11 AM with Pastor G. Leslie Somers and Pastor Raymond Pitcher officiating. Burial will be in the Whitney Baptist Cemetery, Whitney, NB later in the spring.
In lieu of flowers, in Colin’s memory donations may be made to the AWANA Club (Victory Baptist Church).
