Obituary of Cheryl Olmsted
Peacefully surrounded by the love of her family, at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound, on Tuesday, April 3rd, 2018. Cheryl Marie Olmsted (nee Harper), of Owen Sound, at the age of 68 years. Dearly loved wife and best friend of Barry Olmsted for 25 years. Loving mother of Paula Cruickshank and her partner, Dave Waters, of Owen Sound and step-mother of Melissa Olmsted, of Balmy Beach and Melanie Olmsted and her partner, Travis Wilder, of Francis Lake. Proud grandmother of Kylie, Lynden, Jack, Lucas, Alyssa and Emily. Dear sister of Susan Trotter (Norm), of Morinville, Alberta. Predeceased by her parents, Bill and Helen Harper. Cheryl will be remembered for her kindness and ready smile.
A Celebration of Life for Cheryl Olmsted will be held on Saturday, June 30th, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Harrison Park Picnic Pavilion. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery. If so desired, the family would appreciate donations to Chapman House Hospice or the Grey Bruce Animal Shelter as your expression of sympathy and may be made through the BRIAN E.
