We are saddened to inform you of the unexpected passing of Lois Veva Switzer-Taylor (nee Buckrell) on March 31, 2018 in her 86th year. Lois is survived by her husband Dick Taylor; four children Jack (Kim), Lorea (Rudy), Len, and Owen (Karen); daughter-in-law Alison; step-daughters Tracy (Jim) and Tricia (Pat); thirteen grandchildren (Jack, Jordan, Jadrian, Jocelyn (PJ), Kory, Morgan, Emma, Craig, Shayna, Makayla, Samantha, Jessica, MacKenzie) and two great-grand daughters (Lily, Grace), as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her first husband Jack and her son Barry. Also by her sisters Beatrice, Mildred, Eva, and Alma. Visitation at the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Friday, April 6, from 12 noon until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. with a reception to follow. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Lois’s life. A family interment will take place at a later date.
