Suddenly in Cardinal on Sunday, March 11, 2018. Skippy Walter of Cardinal at the age of 55. Dear companion of Joanne Marin of Cardinal. Loving brother of Bill (Debbie), Judy (Toby) Summerfield, Donald (Dave), Betty Anne (Lenny) Steele, Diana Walter all of Cardinal and Jay Kinsman of Brockville. Predeceased by his parents Coburn and Betty Walter and his brother Allan Walter (Betty). Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
Funeral Arrangements
