Safe in the arms of Jesus. After a difficult struggle, Ralph passed away peacefully at the May Court Hospice in Ottawa. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife, Nancy (nee Harpur). Ralph was the proud father of Lindsay (William Kalbfleisch) and Glen (Renee MacMurdo) and the dear Grandad of Katie and Ella Rodger and Garnet and Willow Kalbfleisch. He will be remembered by his sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews and his good friend, Ed Rose. He was predeceased by his parents, William and Elizabeth Rodger and by his older siblings, David, Edward, Emerson, Mary, Norman, and Leslie. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Kemptville District Hospital, Winchester United Church (Restoration Fund) or the charity of your choice. The family wishes to thank Nor Dun Senior Centre, C.C.A.C., St. Elizabeth Nursing, Bayshore care- givers, May Court Hospice, friends and neighbours and especially Dr. Gregory Leonard of Kemptville and his caring staff. Visitation will be held at Byers Funeral Home, South Mountain on Friday March 16 from 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. in the chapel on March 17.
