Obituary for Mary Seguin (McAvoy)
Seguin; Mary Teresa (nee McAvoy) – Passed away, with family by her side at Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Sunday, February 25, 2018 in her 79th year. Predeceased by her parents Eugene and Myrtle McAvoy, 8 siblings and her granddaughter Angelica. Cherished by her loving husband the late André Seguin. Loving mother to Michael Seguin (Wen Tang) of Kingston, Patrick Seguin (Lisa) of Yarker and Lisa Ireland (late Keith) of Napanee. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Brittany, Courtney, Jessica, Emily, Tessa, Cassandra (Dylan), Christian (Amanda) and Matthew. Great-grandchildren Zachary, Abel, Wyatt, Arianna and Kaylee. Beloved sister to Raymond McAvoy, Betty Asselstine and Shirley Smegal. Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and other extended family. The family will receive friends at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 392 Palace Road, Kingston on Saturday, March 3, 2018 from 10 – 11am. Catholic Mass to follow at 11am. Interment in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Kingston. Reception to follow interment at Wartman Funeral Home – Kingston Chapel.
