Obituary for Lisette Cayen (Boulard)
Peacefully passed away with her husband and family by her side at the Elizabeth Centre on Thursday, February 08, 2018 at the age of 87 years. Daughter of the late Aimé and of the late Ida (née Guenette) Boulard. Beloved wife of 67 years to Gaston Cayen. Loving mother of Suzette Démoré (Jean-Guy) and Denis Cayen (Colombe). Cherished grandmother of Julie Démoré (Pascal), Natalie Giroux (Patrick), Ginette Proulx (Jesse), Mélanie Therrien (Eric) and Josée Gander (Jason). Great-grandmother of 17. Predeceased by her sisters Berthe Rochon (late Henri), Yolande Theriault (late Marcel), Floride Lalonde (late Roger), Solange Beaulieu (Jean-Yves), Lucille Maisonneuve (late Marcel), Elise Sabourin (late Gilles) and by her brother Laurier (Monique). Special thank you to staff and employees at Home Care area 4 of the Elizabeth Centre. The Support and encouragement the family received was touching and very much appreciated. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Cooperative Funeral Home, 4570 St-Joseph St., Hanmer on Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, February 16th, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Ste-Marguerite d’Youville Church, Val Thérèse.
