William “Gene” Brooks
1938-2018
It is with sadness that the family of Gene Brooks announces
his death at Hospice Fredericton on Monday, February 5th, 2018 at the
age of 79. Born in Gagetown, NB, on December 6th, 1938, in Gagetown,
NB, he was the son of the late Percey and Georgia (Knorr)
Brooks.
Gene leaves behind his brother, Maurice Brooks (Muriel) of
Grand Bay-Westfield, NB; nephews, Michael Boutilier and William
Brooks; niece, Nadine Boutilier. In addition to his parents, Percey
and Georgia, Gene was predeceased by his sister, Alice Boutilier, and
nephews, Donald and Douglas Brooks.
There will be no visitation or service at Gene’s request.
Interment will take place in Gagetown in the spring. For those who
wish, donations in Gene’s memory can be made to Hospice Fredericton.
