It is with heavy hearts that the family of Floyd Ora Marks announces his passing on January 30, 2018 at Kennebec Manor. He was born West River, NB on June 9, 1928 to the late Hayes and Josephine (Morrisey) Marks and was the loving husband of the late Marion (Bailey) Marks.
Floyd is survived by his son Gary (Ellen); his daughters Judy Allen (Kenny), Linda Clements (Wayne), Diane Marks all of Saint John; 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews and friends. Along with his parents and spouse Marion, Floyd was predeceased by his brother Theodore and his sisters Shirley Fleck and Joan Ryan.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) A funeral service will take place from the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 10 a.m. An interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Floyd’s memory may be made to Kennebec Manor or to the charity of the donor’s choice. A special thank you to Floyd’s extended family at Kennebec Manor for your kindness and compassion. Your thoughtfulness will not be forgotten.
