HALL, Rachel M. M. – age 85, Beaver River, Yarmouth Co., passed away peacefully on Friday, January 12, 2018 at home. Born and raised in Saulnierville, Rachel was a homemaker and also worked with her husband at their garage. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, carpentry, traveling, listening to music and going to karaoke with her friends. Rachel is survived by a daughter, Debbie (Pat) Withhart and a son, Albert (Brenda) Hall, as well as by grandchildren, Jeffery Hall, Brandy (Adam) Hofacker, Joe Withhart (Ashley Johnston), Megan Porter; step-grandson, Jeff (Lauren) Withhart; a great grandson, Avery; step-great grandsons, Benjamin and Henry. Aside from her parents, John and Elise, she was predeceased by her husband and forever love, Irvin G. Hall, as well as by a son, Irvin F. Hall; sisters, Etta, Hilda, Bernice, Pauline; brothers, Hubert, Francis, Gerald and Raymond. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, January 16 at H.M. Huskilson’s Memorial Chapel, 29 Albert St., Yarmouth, Mr. Carl Deveau officiating. Interment will take place in the Port Maitland-Beaver River Cemetery. Flowers are welcome and memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. On-line condolences may be sent to www.huskilson.net
