Audrey was born August 8th, 1922 in New Liskeard, Ontario and died peacefully at Eastholme in Powassan with family by her side on January 2nd, 2018.
Beloved wife of the late Arthur Despres, dear mother to Arthur (Michelle), Catherine (Barry), cherished Nana to Hillary (Stephen), Troy (Sarah), Hannah and Gabrielle. Caring sister to Bert McVittie, Lloyd and Don Males.
Audrey started her career in New Liskeard, Ontario working for Hill Clark and Francis before taking the time to raise a family. She returned to the workforce a number of years later to work for Lakewood Ford and George Stockfish Ford where see continued on for 23 years as an accounting clerk. She retired at age 72. She was a proud, loving and dedicated mother and grandmother. She will be missed by many family members, friends and neighbours.
The family would like to thank the staff at Eastholme for all the loving care they provided Audrey over the years.
Visitation will be held at Hillside Funeral Services on Saturday, January 6th, from 9:30 until 11:00. A service will take place at 11:00 followed by a reception. Hillside is located at 362 Airport Road, North Bay, Ontario.
