Obituary for Opal Lane
Died peacefully on Sunday, December 31, 2017 at Watford Quality Care Centre. OPAL LANE, who was in her 93rd year, was the daughter of the late Andrew and Elizabeth Lane. She is survived by brothers Cecil (the late Nyhl) Lane, Russell (Mary) Lane, Lloyd (Louise) Lane, and Jack (Mildred) Lane and a sister Audrey (the late Eric) Foster. She was predeceased by brother George (the late Emily) and sister Doris Lane. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Visitors will be received on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at the Needham-Jay Funeral Home, Petrolia where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Interment in Mount Carmel Cemetery. As expression of sympathy, memorial may be made by cheque to Watford Quality Care Residents Council. Memories and condolences may be shared online at www.needhamjay.com.
