PRESCOTT, Rose Winnifred – passed away at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Saturday, November 19th, 2016 at the age of 85 years.
Rose Prescott (Fidler) nee Chaput of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Clarence Prescott and by previous marriage the late Dave Fidler. Dear mother of Judy Markus (Alfred), & Sandra Williston (Vernon); and dear step-mother of Dale Redding (Brad); and Linda-Lou McNiel. Loving grandmother « Memere » to Brenda Markus (Albert), Susan Gilchrist (Shawn), Marty Markus (Lisa), Tracy Schori (Winston), David Williston (Cindy), Jenny Williston & Christina Pollock (Ryan) and step-grandmother Shawn & Derek (Tanya) Redding; Somer Dingman (Craig Field); Jared Cowan; and Kyle & Brock Prescott-Mulligan & Braeden (Kemry) Rossell. Great-grandmother of Jessica & the late Alex Clarke; Kayla & Bailey Gilchrist; Marisa & Travis Markus; Cory Channing; and Natasha & Alison Schori; Trevor & Jake Williston & Austin Pollock; and step-grandmother of Madison & Eden Redding; Wynter Redding; and Luke & Ryan Field; and Kayden & Ethan Rossell, and great-great-grandmother of Ethan, Chase, Taiya Clarke; Hunter & Leila Channing & Natalie Meade. Survived by her sisters Angie Wahnschaff (Joe), Laurette Pelletier, Germaine St.Amand (Joe), Lucy Jones & Alice Fitzgerald, and brother Moses Pelletier.

Visitation will be held at the MALCOLM, DEAVITT & BINHAMMER FUNERAL HOME, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Thursday, November 24th from 2-4:00 & 7-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. Timothy’s Lutheran on Friday at 2:00 p.m. (As an expression of sympathy donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated).
