GRAHAM, Robert Donald – it is with very heavy hearts that the family of Robert Graham announce his passing at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Saturday, August 5th, 2017 at the age of 75. His final days were spent surrounded by the love and support of family and friends whom Robert touched in so many wonderful ways. Robert was the beloved husband to Karen (nee Moreau) of 51 years. Dedicated father to Julie Kowlasky (Mark) and David Graham (Heather), all of Simcoe. Cherished ‘Gramps’ to Spencer, Mason and Carter. Survived by his sisters Nadine Taylor of Orangeville and Shelley Beach (Dave) of Haliburton and loved by his many nieces, nephews and extended family. Robert was born in Midland, Ontario and worked for Texaco/Imperial Oil for 36 years. He spent the majority of his life living in Simcoe, then retirement took he and Karen to permanently settle at the family cottage outside of Coldwater. He enjoyed spending time at the cottage on the tractor, his quad, repairing various things and helping others. Travelling to sunny destinations, golfing and spending time with his children and grandchildren were his favourite past times. Following Robert’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. The JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe is in care of arrangements.
