It is with great sadness that the family of the late
RAYMOND
FOOTE of Collins Cove announces his passing at the U.S.
Memorial Health Care Centre in St. Lawrence on Thursday, September
7th, at the age of
87. Leaving to mourn with fond and
loving memories are daughters, Tracy Foote (Terry Walters) of Boat
Harbour, Barbara Dimmer (Baxter Smith) of Boat Harbour, Maxine
Wiscombe of Collins Cove; son-in-law, Ron Flannigan of Burin Bay;
sister, Donna (Bruce) Smith of Hantsport, NS; brothers, Major Bram
Foote of St. John’s, Garland (Ann) Foote of Courtice, ON,
Malrey (Betty) Foote of St. John’s, Alvin (Yvonne) Foote of
Marystown; 8 grandchildren, Wyatt, Jacob, Jordan, Tammy, Roger,
Declan, Nicole & Rhonda; plus a large circle of relatives and
friends. He was predeceased by wife,
Nora Foote; parents, Samuel & Lilly Foote; stepmother, Rosie
Foote; baby boy Stanley; daughter, Kathleen Flannigan; brothers Glen
Foote & Les Isaacs.
The Foote Family will be accepting visitors at
Wiseman’s Funeral Home in Salt Pond on Friday, September
8th, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.;
Saturday, September 9th, from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00
p.m. The Funeral Service will take
place at Faith & Hope Salvation Army Corps in Creston South on
Sunday, September 10th, at 2:30
p.m. Interment will follow at the
Salvation Army Cemetery in
Salmonier.
