At the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Monday December 11th 2017 at the age of 48. Beloved husband of Nicole Bogie (nee Harmer). Cherished father of Skylar and Rachael. Loving son of Melvin (pre deceased) and Dorothy Bogie. Loving Son in Law of Neil and Lynn Harmer. Dear brother of Dianne Parsons (James) and Paul Bogie (Kelly). Special uncle to Emily Jarrett, Colby, Davis, Zoe and Sequoia. Dear brother in Law of Todd Harmer (Wendy). Michael will be missed by his many friends and family. A Celebration of Life will be held at Orillia Community Church, 64 Colborne Street East, Orillia, on Tuesday December 19th, 2017. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. A reception will follow.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the staff at, Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, Royal Victoria Hospital, Sunnybrook Hospital and Dr. Lobsinger for their excellent care of Michael. Also, a very special thank you to all of our friends, neighbors and Gilda’s Club who have been there for us through this difficult time, it is very much appreciated.
