Michael Thomas O’Drowsky 1961-2016 Proud Islander by choice, husband, doggie daddy and photojournalist Michael Thomas O’Drowsky lost his short battle with cancer on Tuesday morning at the age 54. He is survived by his wife Nathalie, and his two Labradoodles, Zeke and Aash; his mom, Jane, and dad, Thomas; his brother, Paul, sister-in-law, Trish, and their kids, Colby, Clayton and Bailey (Ty); and his sister, Kathleen and her children, Everett and Charlotte. His mother-in-law, Claire, brother-in-law Al (Janet), niece and nephews Kaytlyn, Erik and Kristofer also mourn his passing. He is pre-deceased by his brothers-in-law Denis, and Steven. Mike, or “OD” to so many, will be remembered by family, friends and colleagues as a calm, patient, unflappable, funny, smiling, supportive and sensitive person. A great cameraman, a better person, he lived one day at a time. He left behind a legacy of laughed-filled memories.
