SPACIL: Mary (nee Myvalt) –
A resident of Ridgetown, Mary Spacil passed away at the Village on the Ridge, on Friday, December 8, 2017 at the age of 90.
Born in Czechoslovakia, Mary was the daughter of the late Joseph Myvalt and the late Fillomena Myvalt-Venclik (John) (nee Huber).
Beloved wife of the late John Charles Spacil (2013).
Dear mother of Elaine Faas and her husband Dan of Ridgetown, John Spacil Jr. and his wife Patty of Ridgetown, Karen Haines of Ridgetown, and Ken Spacil and his wife Connie of Blenheim. Grandmother of 5 and great-grandmother of 10.
Sister to Milly Spacil (late Charles) of Dresden and step-sister to Carol Segeren (late Willy) of Harwich Township. Predeceased by her step-brother Joseph Venclik. Sister-in-law to Nelly Venclik of Harwich Township.
Mary enjoyed cooking Czech cuisine for her family.
A Private Family Service will be held at St. Michael’s Cemetery, Ridgetown. Donations to the Village on the Ridge or Pet and Wildlife Rescue would be appreciated.
