Mildred Marlene Sherrow, late of Halbrite, SK passed away May 21, 2017, at the age of 78 years.
Marlene was predeceased by her sons: Randy Sherrow and Brad Sherrow; parents: William and Ada Jordan; parents-in-law: Gerald and Rosalie Sherrow; brothers: Albert “Ab,” Wray, and Paul Jordan; sisters: Thelma Ror, Dorothy “Dot” Erickson, Marion “Maisie” Erick; sisters-in-law: Margaret Cugnet, Ruth Cugnet as well as numerous nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
Marlene is survived by her husband of 62 years Lyle “Bud” Sherrow; daughter Laurie (Kevin) Mason; son Shaun Sherrow; grandsons: Brenden and Morgan Sherrow; daughter-in-law Heather Sherrow; brother Norman “Nob” (Karen) Jordan; sister Elsie Newans; brother-in-law Donald (Isabelle) Sherrow; sisters-in-law: Edith Dorsch, Dorothy Stalberg, Phyllis (Ernie) Sonnenberg, Gae (Harvey) Gall; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and friends.
A Service of Remembrance for Marlene will be held Saturday, May 27, 2017 at 11:00am from Grace United Church, Weyburn, SK with Rev. M. Barnabas officiating. Lunch will be held at Upper Grace Hall, Weyburn, SK with interment to follow at the Halbrite Cemetery, Halbrite, SK.
