Lester «Bud» Cox
1931-2017
Lester «Bud» Goodwin Cox of Beechwood, N.B. died peacefully
on Friday, January 13, 2017 at the Central Carleton Nursing Home
surrounded by his family. Born on July 11, 1931 in Bath to the late
Stephen and Mary (nee Kinney) Cox. He was also predeceased by his
wife, Loretta Beulah (nee Giberson), 4 grandchildren, Danielle,
Rodney, Stephen and Jamie, and 4 siblings Murray, Frances, Mark, and
Charlie.
Bud is survived by 1 sister Ruth Denny, his 9 children, Sandra
Wilkinson (Ron), Tony Cox (Sheila), Sharie Knights (Ken), Kathy Good
(David), Carol Cox, Gerry Cox, Terry Cox (Trudy), Troy Cox and Twyla
Harvey (Andrew); 19 grandchildren, Tara, Shane, Shaun, Dustin,
Allyson, Bradley, Brandon, Ryan, Bryana, Zachary, Tyler, Mallory,
Katie, Kayla, Mackenzie, Cameron, Jenna, Kristyn and Nicholas; 6
great-grandchildren, Abigail, Alexander, Sophia, Lola, Zayden, and
Oliver; as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family.
The visitation and the funeral service will be held at L.R. Giberson
Funeral Directors at 207 Burnham Road, Florenceville-Bristol. The date
and time will be announced at a later date.
